Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if this occurs.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
Domestic ( Australia) Shipping: 1–5 business days
International ( Including New Zealand) Shipping: 3–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or factors beyond our control.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping under the following conditions: ( For the update, kindly check the home page)
Australia: Free shipping on orders over $50 AUD, with a maximum shipping cost coverage of $20 AUD.
New Zealand: Free shipping on orders over $59 AUD, with a maximum shipping cost coverage of $30 AUD.
Only one promotion can be used per order. Free shipping applies to orders $50+ when no other discount code is used.
Free shipping does not apply to deliveries to remote areas or islands where shipping costs are significantly higher than average. In such cases, we will notify you prior to fulfilment. We reserve the right to adjust our shipping policy, thresholds, and pricing at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be reflected on this page.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly and completely at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
Orders delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) with:
Your order number
Photos of the damaged item (if applicable)
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
