We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict future transactions where such behaviour occurs.

We also believe that respect extends to the environment. Wherever possible, we choose recyclable materials and aim to minimise unnecessary waste in our packaging and operations.
When suitable, we may reuse clean and structurally sound recycled cartons for outer shipping. This practice helps reduce waste and supports a more sustainable supply chain while still ensuring your product is protected during delivery.
