Change of Mind Returns

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, including:

  • Incorrect selection

  • No longer wanting the item

  • Found the item cheaper elsewhere

Please choose carefully before purchasing.


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if an item:

  • Is faulty or defective

  • Is significantly different from the description

  • Arrives damaged

  • Does not perform as expected

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

We will assess the issue and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.


Return Process

  2. Include your order number and supporting photos

  3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions

Items must be returned in original condition, unused, and in original packaging unless faulty.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (faulty, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping costs.

  • For non-faulty returns (if accepted), the customer is responsible for return shipping.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Used or damaged items not due to a manufacturing fault
